Service Description

ROUTINE provides personalized workout planning, workout tracking, and AI-assisted fitness recommendations based on the information you provide.

ROUTINE is for general fitness and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and not a substitute for professional medical, diagnosis, treatment, or in-person coaching. You should consult a qualified physician or other licensed healthcare professional before starting or changing any exercise, nutrition, or wellness program.

You are responsible for using good judgment, listening to your body, and stopping any activity that causes pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Some ROUTINE features require a paid subscription. Pricing, trial offers, billing frequency, and taxes are shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

Billing and cancellations are handled by the platform where you subscribed, such as Apple App Store or Google Play. You must manage or cancel your subscription through that platform's account settings.

Acceptable Use

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the personal data and content you submit to the app. ROUTINE and its licensors own the app, branding, interfaces, prompts, software, and related intellectual property, excluding your own submitted data.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to ROUTINE if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or if continued service is not practical or legally permitted. You may stop using ROUTINE at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROUTINE and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from your use of the app, workouts, recommendations, or third-party services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of ROUTINE after an update means the updated terms apply.
