1. Service Description

ROUTINE provides personalized workout planning, workout tracking, progress tools, and AI-assisted fitness recommendations based on the information you provide.

ROUTINE may adjust or recommend changes to a workout plan based on your goals, availability, equipment, activity, performance, and feedback. Recommendations and generated content may not always be complete, accurate, or appropriate for your individual circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing recommendations before following them.

ROUTINE does not guarantee any particular fitness, health, weight, strength, or performance result.

2. Health and Safety

ROUTINE is provided for general fitness and informational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, injury rehabilitation, or in-person coaching.

ROUTINE is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Do not use ROUTINE for medical emergencies.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing an exercise program, particularly if you are pregnant, injured, managing a medical condition, taking medication that may affect exercise, or have concerns about whether exercise is appropriate for you.

You are responsible for exercising safely, using appropriate form and equipment, choosing suitable weights and intensity, and maintaining a safe exercise environment. Stop exercising and seek appropriate assistance if you experience pain, dizziness, faintness, shortness of breath beyond normal exertion, or other concerning symptoms.

3. Accounts and User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account, except where caused by circumstances outside your reasonable control.

You must not use another person’s account without permission or misrepresent your identity, health information, fitness experience, or authorization to use ROUTINE.

Please notify us at support@btfappdev.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Some ROUTINE features require an auto-renewable paid subscription.

Subscription prices, billing periods, trial terms, and available plans are displayed before purchase. Payment is charged through the platform where you subscribe, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your platform account settings before the end of the current subscription period. Your platform may require cancellation at least 24 hours before renewal. Applicable charges, renewals, cancellations, trials, and refunds are governed by the platform’s terms and policies.

You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the ROUTINE application or your ROUTINE account does not cancel an active subscription.

We may change subscription features or pricing for future billing periods where permitted by law and platform rules. Any required notice or consent will be provided through the applicable platform.

5. User Content and Information

You retain ownership of the information and content you provide to ROUTINE.

You grant BTF Digital Labs a limited right to host, process, transmit, and use that information only as reasonably necessary to operate ROUTINE, provide requested features, maintain security, comply with law, and otherwise act as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use ROUTINE for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
• Interfere with or disrupt the application, its infrastructure, or other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to an account, system, or data.
• Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, disassemble, or misuse ROUTINE except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.
• Upload malicious code or content that infringes another person’s rights.
• Use ROUTINE to intentionally create, promote, or distribute dangerous fitness instructions.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit ROUTINE without our written permission.

7. Intellectual Property and License

ROUTINE, including its software, design, branding, interfaces, text, prompts, generated systems, and other proprietary materials, is owned by BTF Digital Labs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Subject to these Terms and any applicable app-store license, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use ROUTINE for your personal, noncommercial use.

No ownership rights are transferred to you.

8. Third-Party Services

ROUTINE relies on third-party services for functions such as authentication, artificial intelligence, data hosting, analytics, and subscription processing.

Your use of ROUTINE must comply with applicable third-party terms, including the terms of the platform from which you downloaded the application. Third-party services may occasionally become unavailable or change in ways outside our control.

Links to external services do not constitute an endorsement, and we are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or services.

9. Service Availability and Changes

We work to keep ROUTINE available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for product development, security, legal compliance, or operational reasons. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by maintenance, third-party services, network conditions, device limitations, or events outside our reasonable control.

10. Account Deletion and Termination

You may delete your account from Profile > Delete Account in the application.

Account deletion permanently removes your profile, plans, workout history, and related account data, subject to applicable legal, security, backup, and record-retention requirements.

Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. You must cancel the subscription separately through the applicable platform.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, create a security risk, misuse the service, or if continued service is unlawful or no longer reasonably practical.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ROUTINE is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We do not warrant that ROUTINE will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely accurate, or suitable for every user, medical condition, fitness level, or objective.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BTF Digital Labs and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to ROUTINE.

This includes losses resulting from reliance on workout plans or AI-generated recommendations, inability to use the service, loss of data, third-party services, or failure to exercise safely.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to ROUTINE will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for ROUTINE during the 12 months preceding the claim or fifty U.S. dollars (US $50).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law, including liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to ROUTINE, applicable law, platform requirements, or our business practices.

When appropriate, we will provide notice of material changes. The updated Terms will apply from the effective date shown above. Your continued use of ROUTINE after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
